About a week ago I began to come down with a chest cold. I had been making and using CDS off and on for some time so I decided to try and knock this cold with a heavy dose of four drops MMS plus DMSO once an hour for eight hours. The diarrhea that lasted for a couple days gave me a good colon flush but that was the only benefit of the "kill or cure" MMS, DMSO treatment. So I'm wondering how other folks are dealing with a common cold. Its been more than two weeks and both my wife and I are really down with this. I really thought that a heavy dose of MMS should have knocked this.

Many people here on the forum have complained in the past that MMS did not help them "cure" their common cold.

What works for me and others I know, is taking Liposomal Vitamin-C every day and if cold symptoms are experienced, take more of it. It seems you can't take too much Liposomal Vitamin-C and it will not cause diarrhea.

Obviously you overdosed at 4 drop MMS1 doses. You may want to begin taking MMS by following the Starting Procedure next time.

I maintain a 4 oz finger pump spray bottle of 25% CDS / distilled water beside my recliner chair ( I sit a lot due to arthritis in my knees). I spray my mouth several times a day anyway (I had cancer on my tongue). If I feel that I'm fighting a bug - I up the frequency to ~ once an hour (15 pumps). I also do occasional sprays up the nose. I haven't had a full blown cold or flu for ~9 years. This is on top of a maintenance dose of MMS for my age and weight (8drops) once a day.

The spray is handy for eye irritations, cuts, scrapes etc. as well - that includes dogs, horses etc.

I would not do it again however :- ). We are both much better but not back at par. The mouth" spray sounds like a good idea. We use the "10 drops MMS to1 ounce of water" for a deodorant.. Maybe I'll try the 25% mouth spray since I make CDS.
