Where do I start? I used to have chronic bronchitis and after discovering acupuncture and MMS I greatly reduced the incidences of bronchitis. Usually as soon as I start to feel unwell I take MMS and it goes away but this time it is like it used to be with my couching nearly non stop for a week or longer. I cannot take antibiotics or pain killers as I am allergic to them. The headache from the coughing is horrendous as is the pain in my chest, my shoulders and lower back. The MMS appears to start working within an hour of my taking it and so I get a better result during the day. Last night I decided to take it overnight as well. Is there a problem with taking twice the dosage? And I have increased the dosage from 1 to 3 tablets. I would appreciate your advice. Thank you.

Sounds like you are taking MMS1 tablets. Those come in two sizes: 1 drop equivalent and 3 drop equivalent. Which one are you taking? You can take as many as you need until you might get a Herx reaction. If that happens, reduce dosage. You can take them for as many hours as you like, hourly, as MMS1 is said to be effective for about an hour.

Do you put the tabs inside empty capsules to prevent activation on their way to your stomach if they get delayed in their journey?

Thank you forgetting back to me so quickly. I am taking 3 of the 1 drop tablets In a capsule. I have started to feel sick after taking the tablets and have reduced to 1 now but I’m still getting sick. Or maybe I’m sick anyway and it’s just coincidental that I get sick after taking the tablet. It’s no different to 1, 2, or 3 tablets. But if it keeps working I can put up with the sick feeling. The headache and the coughing is worse.
