Bought 4% HCL but it says to mix with 3.5 Liters of water was created by Daviskei
" use one or more drops from this bottle for 3.5 liters of water" the rest of the intructions are just to mix with sodium chlorite and wait 30 seconds. Im just confused why it says this ?

Without seeing all the instructions for your 4% HCL, I don't have any idea what that means.

If you are following a MMS protocol that uses MMS1, you mix equal amounts of MMS and 4% HCL, 1:1, as many drops as needed, only counting the MMS drops. One drop of MMS mixed with one drop of 4% HCL is a one drop dose of MMS1.
