How long do detox symptoms tend to last? was created by Daviskei
TLDR at bottom
Obviously, its gonna be a bit different from person to person, but anyways, I was wondering because ive had these detox symptoms on 2 occasions now. the first time was about 2 weeks after i first started mms. I had been taking 3 drops twice a day. then i learned that taking less drops, but more frequently was more effective so i tried taking 1 drop ever hour for 8 hours and for the next 3 days i was in the gutter. I was fatigued, out of breath, and a little nauseous. no vomit or diarrhea. for those next 3 days i only had 1 drop on the last day. then i got better and started going back to taking something like 1-2 drops 3 times a day. after another week i decided i wanted to try the 1 drop an hour thing again because ive heard so much about this being the best method. So i managed 1 drop an hour for 5 hours and then the next day i had the detox symptoms all over again. however this time it was even worse and has been lasting 4 days so far including today. ive been very fatigued, nauseous and have had diarrhea like 4 times a day. for the last few days ive only been taking 1 drop twice a day, but today i decided i would try 1 drop in a 500ml water bottle and finish that throughout the day. i made little marks on the side so i can see how much i drink in order to drink 1/8th every hour.
Anyway the TL;DR of this post is why is my detox worse and longer this time when i took less than i did last time i got detox symptoms and on a side note should i be drinking 1/8th of a drop every hour or stick with 1-2 drops twice a day? thanks for any answers

I assume you don't have Jim Humble's latest
book
or you would not have these problems!
Let's start over by following the HRP from the book.
The first step is to follow the Starting Procedure for about 5 days, then move on to Protocol 1000.
If you still have problems, and you are using 50% citric acid, consider using 4% HCL instead. The other possibility for a sudden bout of Herxheimer reactions could be caused by a biofilm opening up and releasing a lot of pathogens and their die-off causing you problems.
Always follow the Three Golden Rules of MMS.

u need to have this and a lot more of variables in consideration.

Just a reminder to everyone to follow Jim (and CLO2's) advice. I forgot about the starting protocol and got my ass kicked.
