As someone who is new to MMS, I recommend that you get one of Jim Humble's books, specifically his latest book, and you will find answers to almost all of your questions!

Yes, it does matter when you eat when taking MMS. Eat small amounts of food half-way between doses. Wait until one hour after the last MMS dose of the day to eat a large meal, take supplements, etc.

And, there is more than just one MMS1 protocol - in total, there are over 50 protocols in Jim's latest book. :ohmy:

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
