My little dog has the equivalent of Crohn's Disease just inside her back passage and the vet has given her antibiotics and a special diet for the rest of her life. She has lost a lot of hair and what she has now is in very poor condition. Her weight is 4kg and I have tried giving her MMS via mouth but I think she breathes it in because she ends up coughing and coughing for at least 24 hours. She is also wheezing now. I don't want to give up as while she was on the MMS (1 week) she was a lot happier. She is 11 years old now but when she was 1 she was diagnosed as having the equivalent of aplastic anaemia and vet gave her two weeks to live. I am not doing anything different now but she is not taking the MMS as she did when she was younger. Is there an easier way for her to take the MMS. I am not happy about giving her a capsule as she is so tiny and I'm afraid she would choke on it.

Put some unactivated MMS in her drinking water (plastic bowl, no metal) or squirt it down her throat with a syringe. There will be no taste or smell problem.

A similar method is described here .

Thank you. Because she is only 4kg how much unactivated MMS should I give her, please? And do I need a lot of water e.g., 1 drop and 250ml water as suggested in the similar method described below? I ask because I have Buckley's chance of getting 250ml of water into her. And wouldn't it be too much for such a little dog to drink too? Sorry about all the questions - I have tried a few things and I don't think it has agreed with her so don't want to make a mistake. Thank you again for your help.

Try adding 1 drop of unactivated MMS to some water and see if she accepts that with no problems. If okay, then stay at the dose for a few days and then slowly increase the dosage. Use the most amount of water she can deal with.

Thank you for helping me with this. I gave her 4 drops in 250ml water yesterday and she drank at least half of that. So I'm thinking that she got at least 2 drops of unactivated MMS. I can't tell if she accepted it or not as she also ate dog poo yesterday (I tried to stop her - I didn't feed it to her) and she's a bit off colour today. Silly dog! I will have to wait and see how she goes today. How many drops should I be aiming for (max amount she can have in a day)? Thanks again for your help.

Jim's latest book has a 16 page chapter on working with animals. The weight of the animal is important when dosing MMS.

Animal Protocol Dosages: Chart 1
Weight of Animal
Starting Procedure
Protocol 1000
Protocol 2000

What you're doing with unactivated MMS dosing is different than what the book outlines.

The other problem is we don't know how much of those 4 drops she is utilizing. If you see any improvement in her condition, stay with that dosing for a while. If you overdose, you will know, so then reduce until any negative side effects subside.

Thank you for getting back to me and for being so patient with me on this topic. I went looking for Jim's books - found them but I have no idea which one is the latest. I do have a few of his books so could you tell me the name of the book I need that has the chapter on working with animals, please.
Another question:- About how much she is utilising - She eats 2 to 3 times a day with no snacks so when she drinks she doesn't always have food in her stomach. I give her 250ml per day - she now is having 6 drops unactivated MMS and she drinks about 200ml per day.
I suppose I should have asked how does she utilise the unactivated MMS? Also is it better to have the activated MMS?
Another thought: What if I have her one drop of unactivated MMS by dropper into her mouth and then 1 drop of citric acid by dropper into her mouth, do you think they might mix in the stomach better?
Again, thanks for your help.

At the moment, Jim's latest book can be purchased here.

MMS1 is at most only 10% activated before ingestion. Of course, unactivated MMS can only be activated in stomach acid, or possibly elsewhere in a body, but usually the stomach is where CLO2 is released. I doubt adding 1 drop of citric acid will do much. And citric acid does not taste very good and some humans have stomach problems when they use it. That is one reason the G2C recommends 4% HCL be used to activate MMS.

That is good that she drinks at a different time from eating. Best not to have much food in her stomach when MMS should be releasing CLO2, when MMS activates in stomach acid.

Let us know her progress! Thanks.

Thank you for that information. When I make up MMS for myself I use a gelatine capsule and put 1 drop of MMS and 1 drop of citric acid in and take it with 250ml of water. For my doggy I was putting it into a dropper 1 drop of each and waiting 3 minutes and adding a bit of grape juice but she wasn't taking it in the end, unfortunately, which is why I have written to you. I will try the HCL with her and see how she goes. It appears how you take MMS is changing all the time. How does one keep up with it? Is there a site or page to go to for the changes, please? Then I won't have to keep writing to you. But I still appreciate what you have done and your patience with me.

I have tried to order the book but it is temporarily out of stock in Amazon. I tried to go to jimhumble.org site but it's down. Not having much luck, am I?

And I will let you know how she goes. Thank you again.
