MMS1 is at most only 10% activated before ingestion. Of course, unactivated MMS can only be activated in stomach acid, or possibly elsewhere in a body, but usually the stomach is where CLO2 is released. I doubt adding 1 drop of citric acid will do much. And citric acid does not taste very good and some humans have stomach problems when they use it. That is one reason the G2C recommends 4% HCL be used to activate MMS.
That is good that she drinks at a different time from eating. Best not to have much food in her stomach when MMS should be releasing CLO2, when MMS activates in stomach acid.
