To disinfect an apartment, which to use: CLO2, or Ozone, or both?

Are results similar?
Or is one clearly more effective than the other?
Or do they compliment each other, with benefit to using both, alternating, perhaps, one month apart?

Anyone have experience or knowledge about this?

Here in the tropics, we face a never-ending battle with mold and insects.
And, now, my building has started renting to Air BnB travelers from all over the world.
So, to the list of known problems, add likely bed bugs, along with who-knows-what-else, coming in from Russia, India, China, and such places where hygiene is not a priority.
My goal is to avoid such problems.

I have MMS ready to go.
Found instructions for using in a house in this helpful post by KennethWalter:

I already have an industrial-strength ozone machine.
Yes, hundreds of dollars.
But the ozone machine needs a major part replaced.
Wondering about doing that.
Or just forget ozone and do everything with CLO2 gas.

Advice, please.

Check out this PDF file on how to disinfect a room. Be careful using CLO2 or ozone as both can be harmful to lungs if too much is inhaled.

So, my questions weren't clear.

Not asking for instructions -- already have instructions.
Not asking for warnings -- included in the instructions.

Asking here about relative effectiveness:

Is CLO2 so much more effective than Ozone, that one can forget about using Ozone?

Or, are the two complimentary, so using both (at different times) would be more effective than depending on just one alone?

If other questions about this topic, please ask me.

That is a good question. You could use both at different times and observe the results, then let us know what you find! I am sure both work, but one may be better than the other for certain types of fungus/mold and critters.
