I listened to the G2 broadcast last Sunday and I learned a lot. In fact I think these broadcasts are excellent....Is there a protocol to use to help rebuild the "gut"? I have been searching the internet for answers and also trying to access Jim Humbles recent ebook but the site has been down for days. Any suggestions?

For myself, I have found that home-made sauerkraut helps a lot to repopulate my gut with beneficial bacteria.

I agree! I have been suffering for about ten years from IBS type problems. the probiotics help me stabilize some, especially home made. i found so many videos on YouTube showing how to make everything from sauerkraut to sourdough. Its honesty a lot easier to make these things then I had previously though and save tons over the price of expensive supplements/.
