My teeth have become extremely sensitive over the last few months. I started brushing with MMS and DMSO to help the situation. I now question whether MMS is highly acidic and will contribute to wearing away the enamel of my teeth, contributing to the sensitivity. Thank you.

It is easy to find out. Get some pH strips and test your MMS teeth brushing solution. Let us know the Ph reading. Thanks.

Yes, sounds logical, but MMS actually builds enamel.
Both my husband and I have been brushing our teeth with the FDA approved Dioxi Brite toothpaste, which the label shows has the exact same ingredients as MMS in it for 3-4 years now and we do not have sensitive teeth anymore!
Thanks for your question, as we used to use Sensodyne toothpaste, but have totally forgotten we had sensitive teeth! If you google Dioxi Brite by Frontier pharmaceuticals he writes about how and why it works.
