When not sure if a supplement may effect MMS, then take it 1 hour after your last MMS dose of the day.

.
Some supplements are "sustained release" -- over 8-12 hours.
How would that affect an answer to the original post?
Thank you.

If a particular supplement is known to negatively react with MMS and is in the sustained release form, then look for it in non-sustained release form or don't use it at all.
If you are on maintenance doses of MMS, you could alternate days of taking MMS and supplements.

Thank you for kind reply.
1) Supplements that negatively react with MMS: Is there a list up-to-date?
2) "Don't use it at all," assumes MMS takes precedence over all other supplements.
Maybe so, but I don't know that yet.
Is there discussion on that topic somewhere?

The most up-to-date information on this subject and MMS in general can be found in Jim Humble's latest book available
