Can I take raw garlic and coconut oil whilst taking the MMS Protocol 1000? I eat a lot of raw garlic and have it in almost everything but I have been told that it's antioxident effects may prevent the MMS from working. Also - what about raw vegetables such as carrots and broccoli? They too are packed with antioxidents? Any advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated. B) B) B)

You can look up the amounts of antioxidants in the attached PDF file. We have been told not to eat oranges or drink orange juice while taking MMS1, so you can compare the amounts of antioxidants for those compared to garlic, etc.

To be sure MMS1 is going to work for you, take any questionable food or drink 1 hour after the last MMS1 dose of the day. Or, since antioxidants won't completely reduce the effectiveness of MMS1, increase dosing a small amount to make up for the possible loss of CLO2 that could be caused by antioxidants.

Thank you very much for this advice. Now I am on 3 drops - 8 times per day, I feel the MMS is working anyway. Blessings Pleiah
