when will the new book be out? nobody says anything about it. i ordered over 2 years ago and got the now outdated e-book but no hard copy. why cant i at least get the updated e-book without buying again?

If you bought the ebook as a pre-release book, you should have been sent the final book in PDF format. Please send me your email address via PM at the top of the page and I will send it to the responsible person.
