Hello everyone My blood test says im very low levels of b12..... Im not absorbing b12 from my food...... Is liquid b12 good and what brand are you using Is sublingual better than liquid swallowed thank you very much appreciate any help

Sublingual (under the tongue) and then swallowed should be a good way to absorb vitamin B12.

Thanks CLO2 I heard the shots don't work so great..... Another question I have a chronic bladder infection for years do you if the nerve damage in the bladder is reversible once I kill the infection...... I don't know how deep the nerve damage is or if an infection can do life long damage but I heard bacteria only eat dead tissue..... Any information would be greatly appreciated Im using the mms (cd)......... Detoxing my whole body Thsnks again

I do not know about the possibility of reversing bladder nerve damage, but if you have chronic bladder infections, that needs attention. Jim mentions using enemas for bladder problems in his new book. You might consider taking MMS daily as described here as it seems to be so easy with no taste or smell problems, especially if you need to take it every day to kill bladder infections.

Thanks for the info Marion CLO2 Im using doing Jims new protocol from the new book Im hoping it ends my nightmare from bladder pain........ I believe it's an infection but Im hoping the nerves can heal....... Your very kind and helpful thank you for responding to my posts it helps a great deal
