Hi,

I've been taking MMS1 for about 10 days now. I had worked my way up to 3 drops an hour, 8 hours a day. I had noticed a little more tiredness than usual and changes in bowels since getting up to 3 drops. Less frequent (still once a day, except for once) and alternating btw formed and loose.

I felt like I was doing pretty good on this dosage size overall. This morning I woke-up and made my first dose while still in bed. I keep the bottles of MMS and citric acid activator on my nightstand. I drank the mixed dose and went back to bed.

Long story short - I ended up getting up with some neck pain (a usual symptom for me, but stronger) and vomiting an hour later. I felt much better afterwards. And ate some breakfast. But still have an achey feeling.

Questions:

1. What could have caused that reaction? I'd been on this dosage for at least 5 days. I worried that I didn't let the drops mix long enough?? But I'm sure I did for at least 23 seconds and I could see an amber tint even though the room was dark.

2. Could I have mistakenly put in the citric acid first when mixing?? Again, don't think I would have done this since I know the bottle with the MMS is lighter (less liquid in it now).

3. Should I make myself vomit again?

It does not make any difference which drop is added first - it takes two drops, one from each bottle to meet up before any activation takes place. The recommended activation time is 30 seconds. I assume you are using 50% citric acid activator and mixing that with equal drops of MMS.

It is possible that MMS/CLO2 opened up a biofilm and released some pathogens that were then killed. The die-off could cause Herxheimer reactions.

As Jim's latest ebook instructs, when that happens, reduce your dosage by 50% and the next day try moving up in dosage. When you reach a dosage that helps your condition, stay at that dosage until well. If you don't recover your health at that dosage, then slowly increase it.

It is also possible that your stomach decided it did not like citric acid. Many people can not tolerate citric acid and instead use 4% HCL activator which is the same acid found in our stomachs.

It sounds like this one, most likely:

"It is possible that MMS/CLO2 opened up a biofilm and released some pathogens that were then killed. The die-off could cause Herxheimer reactions."

I didn't mention that I have also been doing rife.

Good to know about the drop order being inconsequential.

Think my main concern was that I may have taken the drops too early and what effect that would have. But I set a timer on my phone and re-enacted the event - I'm sure I waited at least 20+ seconds like I said. The instructions on my bottles say 20 seconds for activation. Now that I think about it, I do remember the book stating 30.

Another possibility is that the MMS poured in more than the citric acid... I'm toward the end of the bottle - and the drops come out more like 4 to a drop if you're not very slow with pouring. Because of this I find myself sometime wanting to add an extra drop or two of citric acid just in case.

Thanks for answering so quickly. I suspect it is a herx. Part of me felt really clear-minded and relaxed, stomach feels fine, just really tired and a headache now.

Hey just a quick follow-up.

What would I need to do in the event that I did activate a less than perfect ratio of MMS to citric acid drops?

Like, say there were technically 6 drops MMS to 4 drops citric acid. I wish I would have had brighter light when I mixed it. My mind is starting to wonder if more poured out and that's why I feel bad.

It still would technically be activated, right? Just a much stronger version? Just kinda concerned since I've never experienced this before.

Thank you,
A
