Thank you for that information on Jim's book.. Yes , it has been a long time. And its good to see you are still here. You have unselfishly helped so many people along their health journey in life.
For me I have many of life's experiences since last posting, just got wound up in my work, I am an underground self employed miner,started 1970, still working at 69, trying to stay healthy, became a health minister a few years back, talk to everyone I can who has A HEALTH PROBLEM, .. Love it when they say , I have a problem..... My answer, I can fix that. Unfortunately not all are convinced, and life goes on.
Hopefully when more time allows next year I will get back on and write more, take care. Roger

You misunderstand the pre-release offer, which was to email you the final version of the book, not a hard copy.

If you did not get the final version ebook, then please PM me your email address and I will pass that on to the person who will send you the ebook.
