:) Hello friends - Would some kind person please let me know the "best" method to make Liposomal Vitamin C -

I have purchased a 1.3 Lt Ultra Sound with heat. - I have seen a couple of methods with Alcohol and a couple

using no alcohol - have a small blender - and glass beakers - any tried and proven best methods much appreciated.
