Appeal’s Court Says, NO, DANIEL. YOU’RE NOT GOING HOME.

1) BAD NEWS: Federal Justice System sends it’s #1 Prosecutor from Washington DC to the 9th Circuit Appelate Court in San Francisco to battle Daniel’s Motion: TO SEND HIM HOME TO SPOKANE UNTIL HIS APPEAL IS DECIDED. Guess who won? So Daniel’s unjust imprisonment continues until...???

2) BAD NEWS: Daniel’s health is worsening. He’s needed medical attention since before his sentencing. The trial Judge denied that request. The Federal Bureau of Prisons tends to often place Inmate’s health pleas on the back burner...thus he will not likely receive the help he so desperately needs.

3) BAD NEWS: In a sobering observation Daniel’s 58 hour furlough deepened his depression when he got just a taste of family and freedom. Being imprisoned again makes him even more heartbroken.

Since His Release was Denied ~ What’s Ahead...
Since The 1st motion TO SEND HIM HOME TO SPOKANE UNTIL HIS APPEAL IS DECIDED WAS DENIED .

Only One Motion remains and needs our continued support and prayers. This single motion is Daniel's actual APPEAL MOTION FOR THE APPELLATE JUSTICES TO REVERSE OR VACATE HIS CONVICTION. This Motion is not yet on the docket but is scheduled to begin (all the paperwork) in late October of this year.

Behind the Scenes...
Ponder this as this loving Father has now spent 473 days behind bars, after years of house arrest, never having been allowed to put on a defense in his trial. Constitutional rights were thrown out the window in his mockery of a trial. Forbid the Doll and break her heart was a chapter in a true story I wrote years ago. Today I’d write, Forbid sending Daddy home and break my heart, as Sabby cries while locked up Dad weeps.

Did you know Daniel’s older daughter and child...don’t get to see him either?

Thank you all for supporting him and it is obvious prayers, sentiments and your sacrifices have made such an incredible difference. His family moved to a lower-priced home. This means a new school for Sabby. Household needs are considerable heading into Fall Season. Then Daniel’s Sentencing Fine account of over $11,000 needs to get current (we need to make larger payments when funds are available.) Your love gifts at this time would be such a help.
