HI. I keep getting hung up on the 'no antioxidants' rule when going through the protocols and it's keeping me from getting started. Since I love to eat lots of fruits and veggies, smoothies and soups. Most of those ingredients are technically antioxidants, I figure I could have my smoothies at breakfast and at end of day. Is that sufficient to avoid neutralizing the MMS? Perhaps if I had a list of definite no no's, that would work. I could do anything for three weeks but I hesitate to go without what I consider to be nutritious foods. what do you guys eat during the day when you're on protocol?
Thanks for your help.

You should avoid any foods or drinks that have high amounts of antioxidants while dosing. Eat/drink those about 2 hours after the last dose of the day. During dosing hours, eat small amounts of food/snacks half-way between doses.

If you have eaten something with antioxidants and you think it may reduce the effectiveness of your dose, increase your dose slightly.

Happy dosing and please do begin following the Starting Procedure .
