Moderate alcohol while taking the protocols was created by chuboy82
Alcohol was listed as one of the things to avoid while on the protocol but I wanted to ask if it is ok to have 1 or 2 beers outside the protocol hours? Or is alcohol consumption strictly prohibited until one completes the protocol or feels well?

Should be okay 1 hour after your last MMS dose of the day if it's a Guinness Draft. :lol:

One of my friends has drug and opiate addiction that is getting worst now. She has started over consuming this drug and I just can’t see her in this situation so I want to take her to some renowned virginia opiate addiction treatment clinic. Do you have suggestions for a reputed clinic?
