I have received the product from one of your recommended sites. I'm curious to know if there is a shelf life. It seems there is a lable with a date on it, but it seems to be when the product was formulated. Also, I understand that your not supposed to take vitamin C when doing any of the protocols. Is that due to it being synthetic? I take a whole food natural multi-vitamin from Dr. Mercola.com. Is a natural vitamin C ok?
