I'm so confused as to what to eat and what not to eat hours prior and during the 8-10 protocols! PLEASE HELP! Is there in any way someone can give me a diet plan? I know coffee and any antioxidants are a big no, but I've tried to Google non-antioxidant foods and drinks and NOTHING! I've ask YouTubers in their comment section and they can't seem to help, I've only had one suggest the Gerson Therapy diet, but that doesn't seem possible due to antioxidants in raw veggies and raw fruits and the coffee enemas are a no (well until the late evenings after the protocols which I plan on doing.
But, my issue is, this is promoted and seems wonderful, and has helped many, but a proper diet isn't given also with it so the MMS isn't being used in vein and sets people back weeks or causes them to quit and day it isn't helping them abs is all because they were eating or drinking something wrong?
PLEASE HELP, I'm desperate to do this right and to teach others right off the bat, not after the fact!

Can I just have a weekly diet plan or a list of what to eat?

THANK YOU,

Hello Tonya and welcome to the forum.

Eating when on a MMS protocol isn't really that difficult. Jim says to eat small amounts of food/snacks between MMS doses that do not contain high amounts of antioxidants. You already know which foods have high amounts of antioxidants. Those and large meals can be eaten 1 hour after your last MMS dose of the day along with any supplements you may take.

Milk is out, so is lemon juice and lemonade.

This antioxidant PDF file may have more than you want - it's 138 pages. It is not complete, but still useful. Checkout Triphala powder on page 65. I used to take that stuff as a supplement. Probably won't when I am on a MMS protocol. Also on the same page is Sangre de grado. :woohoo:

Hi Tonya,
I probably can give you the best advice possible regarding the food (in my opinion, of course :side: )
Just follow the Hay's diet and eat what you want.

www.diet.com/g/hay-diet

Pay attention to the food table "Food combining guidelines" and use it. You can benefit from it and not worry about what to eat. Does it make sense?

Hay's diet is about food combination. If you don't combine the food right you may still end up your digestion process in an acidic state even if you "eat healthy".

Let me know if that helps :)

CLO2 also mentioned right about Jim's directions to eat small amounts of food/snacks between MMS doses.

Regards,
Ken
