Nothing is reliably known about Daniel's current status. It is bizarre that his appeal's process has more twists and turns than an Agatha Christie novel.
We are praying that he'll be set free because of numerous errors in the Judge's rulings. But Justice moves at a turtle's pace. Once I learn something definite I'll get the news right to you. Your Concerns and Prayers mean so much!

Daniel has an ongoing "behind-the-scenes Attorney" whom Daniel has to pay. His newly appointed appellate attorney is being paid by the Government.
