Hi everyone. I wrote up the following to help end some of the confusion around the different ways of getting MMS/CLO2 into the body. I hope it helps.

First we must start off with a standardized drop measurement so we can compare apples to apples when looking at the following 4 ways of making and ingesting MMS/CLO2.

In the past Jim Humble decided that he would use a dropper that produced 24 drops per ml. That being the case, 1/24th of a ml (1 drop) of MMS (22.4% Sodium Chlorite) will have the potential to produce 6.7mg of CLO2 (Chlorine Dioxide).

Following are the different methods that have been developed and used to produce CLO2 from MMS for the purpose of ingestion.

To make the following methods easier to understand and compare, only 1 drop of MMS is discussed within each method. In practice however, normally more than 1 drop is used.

Method #1 - Stabilized Oxygen - Coldest on the throat but the most harsh on the stomach - Let’s say 1 drop of MMS NOT activated and added to 100ml of water:
(This is basically what Jim Humble was doing in the beginning without realizing it to cure Malaria)
When we combine 1 drop of MMS with 100ml of water, we will not have any activation externally and so we will get the following:
- 6.7mg X 0% activation = 0.00mg of CLO2
- However, 100% of the CLO2 will be generated when the MMS comes in contact with the acid of our stomach.

Method #2 - MMS1 - Only Warm on the throat and somewhat harsh on the stomach - 1 MMS drop activated for 30 seconds and then added to 120ml of water:
(Developed by Jim Humble and the way Jim uses MMS to make CLO2 now)
When we combine 1 drop of MMS with either 1 drop of 4% HCl or 1 drop of 50% citric acid for 30 seconds, we will have only partially activated it to about 10% of its maximum activation and so we will get approximately the following:
- 6.7mg X 10% activation = 0.67mg of CLO2
- The other 90% of the CLO2 will be generated when the remaining MMS comes in contact with the acid in our stomach.

Method #3 - CDS Overnight Method - Hot on the throat but easiest on the stomach - 1 MMS drop activated overnight and absorbed into distilled water:
(Developed by Andreas Kalcker and friends, then simplified by Charlotte Lackney)
When we combine 1 drop of MMS with either 1 drop of 4% HCl or 1 drop of 50% citric acid and allow the CLO2 gas coming from the drop to absorb into distilled water in a sealed container for 12 hours, we will have only partially extracted the CLO2 from the drop, to about 37% of its maximum amount and so we will get approximately the following:
- 6.7mg X 37% activation = 2.5mg of CLO2
- The other 63% of the CLO2 is lost in the process of making CDS.
- Note that there are no drops of MMS or acid in this - it’s pure CLO2 in distilled water.

Method #4 - CDH Method - Hottest on the throat but fairly easy on the stomach - 1 MMS drop activated for 8 hours in a bottle with water:

When we combine 1 drop of MMS with either 1 drop of 4% HCl or 1 drop of 50% citric acid and 22 drops of water for 8 hours in a sealed glass bottle, we will have only partially activated it to about 50% of its maximum activation and so we will get approximately the following:
- 6.7mg X 50% activation = 3.35mg of CLO2
- The other 50% of the CLO2 will be generated when the remaining MMS comes in contact with the acid in our stomach.
- Note that all the ingredients added together equals 24 drop or 1ml and each ml contains 1 drop of MMS.

Again, I hope this helps to end some of the confusion.

Because almost all G2C protocols specify using MMS1 and not CDS or CDH, it becomes difficult to know how to dose when using CDS and CDH with protocols. So, here is a chart to help you figure CDS and CDH dosing.

Here's some new information on "Method # 1 - Stabilized Oxygen"

Regarding "Method #1 - Stabilized Oxygen" of this thread, I did some tests with the amount and strength of HCl that is supposed to be in our stomachs and I've found a couple of things:

-1. When you put drops of MMS in an amount of water and then stir or shake the bottle, those drops don't separate out or fall to the bottom of the bottle. At least not over a 24 hour period. So no need to keep shaking the bottle all day long to make sure the drops are evenly distributed before drinking from the bottle.

-2. One drop put into 250ml of water and then combined with 60ml of 0.5% HCl (what the average person is supposed to have in his/her stomach) will basically completely activate (probably 90 to 95% activate) the drop. So assuming that it produces even 6mg of CLO2 of the 6.7mg available per drop (24 drops per ml), then you'd have 310ml of 19.35ppm of CLO2 - And this is for JUST 1 DROP! To put how much CLO2 this is into perspective, water treatment professionals use just 2ppm to decontaminate very dirty water in water treatment plants. So this 1 drop will produce about 10 times more CLO2 then that in those 310ml of water.

By the way I also did another test where I cut the amount of acid in half (to simulate someone who doesn't have much stomach acid - like an elderly person) and found that it produces in the neighborhood of 4 to 4.5mg of CLO2 IF the drop is put into 100ml of water instead of 250ml. It didn't work nearly as well when I used 250ml because the acid became too diluted to do the job quickly. So if a person knows they are low on stomach acid, then they should use less water to dilute their doses to make sure the stomach is able to do the additional activation.

PS. If you know someone who has a problem with the smell and/or taste of the standard activated MMS, or CDH or CDS, then you might want to suggest that they try just taking MMS as drops in water. 2 to 4 drops in a liter of water depending on their body size and then maybe 2 liters a day like this. And they just drink the water all day long like they would drink water normally. They can sip it slowly if they want, or drink 250ml at once and then drink another 250 (or more) later. Just drink as normal. I've been doing it this way for over a month and I really like it. By the way, every now and then I burp after drinking the MMS Water, and I do taste/smell a tiny bit of CLO2 - so I know it's working :)

I started on MMS1 (3 drops every hour activated with 4% HCL). At the 4th and 5th dose the taste got a bit overwhelming. Then I tasted a few drops of HCL alone in water and didn't mind the taste at all, and I tasted 3 drops of MMS 22.4% in water, I didn't mind the taste at all either (could barely smell the chlorine). So my question is:
Would drinking HCL water and right after drink the MMS water be an acceptable solution in terms of efficacy/potency?
Yesterday I took the 2 ingredients separately on 3 occasions and was not bothered neither by the taste nor smell nor nausea nor anything else. So I am just wondering if the potency would be the same?

I drink a green smoothie with my evening meal and add 20 drops of 4% HCL hoping the added HCL will help my digestion. I do not notice any negative effect from the added HCL. The volume of the green smoothie is 1 cup/8 fl oz/250 ml.

You may need to add more than one drop of 4% HCL for each MMS drop to have enough acid for activation due to the large amount of water used. Perhaps try adding more 4% HCL until you notice some CLO2 gas which should cause you to "burb" as Scott noted above.

Hi Gabyher,
You can do it as you're saying but unless you know you have a deficiency in HCl, I don't think it's needed because of the amount of HCl that we already have present in our stomachs. They say that on average we have 60ml of 0.5% HCl in our stomachs throughout the day. To put that into perspective, that's the equivalent of 7.5ml (or 150 drops) of 4% HCl combined with 52.5ml of water.

But yeah, you can do it. I like your experimental nature ;)

Scott, I see you're now using 20 drops per ml as Jim has recently announced this new standard, changed from 24 drops per ml he had been using for a few years. And, it's fine to follow a standard. But, the problem is most people have no idea how many drops their dropper dispenses. There is another way to dispense drops which is more accurate. :)

If you have a 1 ml syringe, take a look at the graduations and I think you can see that dispensing 0.05 ml is not difficult to do. It helps to have a strong light behind the syringe so you can line up the top of the syringe plunger with the graduation lines on the side of the syringe.

Using the "standard" of 20 drops/ml, that 0.05 ml is one drop. I could even measure 1/2 drop with a 1 ml syringe. If we used a 1 ml syringe instead of a dropper, we would be much more accurate & consistent in dosing and many problems would go away. Depending on how you hold a dropper, I have measured a 2:1 difference - say, 10 drops vs 20 drops. That is a 100% difference!

Now we can say that Protocol 1000 maxes out at 0.15 ml of solution (3 x 0.05 ml drops). No more problems with counting drops, the position of the dropper (up & down, angled, sideways), how you hold your mouth, the phase of the moon, barometric pressure, or which solution is being dispensed. A more professional way of dispensing liquids.
