I need to confirm my dose is correct for Protocol 1000

25 drops (1ml) CDH into 4 oz water x 8 times a day = 200 drops CDH per day!

I just started this dosing last night, so I hope I have it right.
Please someone confirm that I am doing this correct. I just spent the last month trying to figure how to convert MMS to CDH. I found it very confusing.

This might help.

Your ingested dose of 1 ml of CDH will contain the same amount of CLO2 as a 1 drop MMS1 dose assuming both have their MMS activation completed in stomach acid.

All of this really makes no sense to me. Can you answer if my dose above is YES correct or NO and I am poisoning myself.

Your CDH dose of 1 ml of solution would be the same as ingesting a 1 drop MMS1 dose into a stomach with normal amounts of gastric acids.

Does this chart make sense to you?

I think you are starting to follow Protocol 1000. If you have not taken MMS recently, you probably should begin by following the Starting Procedure , then move onto P1000, etc. You can use CDH with the Starting Procedure.

Can you please answer me if I am poisoning myself by taking these amounts:

I have read every piece of info on all resources but I don;'t see anywhere where it is very simple for someone who does not understand all of this. From what I researched the above amount is correct I would just like confirmation.

Let's start at the beginning. Using MMS is not like taking 1 capsule 3 times a day. You have to know what you are doing to safely, effectively utilize MMS. There is a learning curve to master or you could harm yourself or not get the results you are looking for.

If you want to use MMS ((that is a general term for any solution that produces chlorine dioxide (CLO2)) it is suggested to first follow a Protocol called The Starting Procedure. After successfully doing that, you can then move on to Protocol 1000 and beyond.

The idea is to start at very low doses so, in your case, you don't "poison yourself." What you are proposing is to begin taking 1 ml of CDH which could "poison you", because you took too much, too soon. The Starting Procedure begins at 1/4 ml of CDH, not 1 ml. You can take 1 ml if you like, but your body may complain.

Does this make sense?

Yes, It makes sense kind of. So, I did start off half that the first day increasing to 25. I'm fine with the 25 drops in 4oz. My throat kind of burned. So, are you saying that from here on out, since I'm fine, I can keep doing:

25 drops in 4oz water doing this 8 times per day? This is not too much fro the Protocol 1000? Thanks

1 ml of the original CDH recipe (McRae-Lackney) (not Mark's) ingested, would be the same as a 1 drop MMS1 dose. If you want to take a 2 drop equivalent dose, that would be 2 ml of CDH, etc.

The original McRae-Lackney CDH recipe is based on 24 drops per ml, but 25 won't make any difference as long as the dropper you are using dispenses 24 to 25 drops per ml. Instead of counting drops, its easier to use a 3 ml syringe. They are about $1.00 at a feed store. No needle required, of course. :)

So you can continue to use 25 drops or 1 ml of CDH, but you can go higher up to 3 ml and be following P1000.

Oh, Thanks so much. I will continue with 24 drops 8 times a day. It is very confusing and wish there was a very black and white dosing chart that even I can understand.
When you say 3ml for the P1000, that would be 72drops (3ml syringe) x 8 times a day? That seems like a lot for just the P1000.

Thanks for setting me straight. I feel confident and will go back on it in the morning.
