Can I use CDS in a spray bottle? If so what is the percentage of dilution with water?
Also when taking CDS orally , can I add dmso ? If so how many drops of dmso per ml of CDS?
Thank you very much .

Yes, you can use CDS in a spray bottle.

Start diluted and work towards undiluted. I have found that undiluted 3000 ppm, or stronger CDS, does not affect healthy skin.

Here are two charts that will help you find equivalent dosing for using CDS and CDH with MMS1 protocols.

DMSO can be added to CDS ingested doses. You can up to three "drops" of DMSO to each 2.2 ml of 3000 ppm CDS. Be sure to add DMSO at dosing time as DMSO will reduce CLO2 content of CDS.

Please note that all the above refers to using original CDS and not the so-called "stabilized" CDS which has added MMS.
