Can I take MMS 2 capsules with meals? I know I have to drink 8 oz of water with each tablet, but can I take the MMS 2 with any type of food , including antioxidants? It's unclear in Jim Humble's new book whether or not you can take antioxidant rich food and/ or any food in general with MMS 2 tablets .
I'm a grazing type eater and I eat small bites of food every 1-2 hours , rather than eating 3 whole meals a day - that's why I'm concerned about this .
Thank you so much.

That is a good question and it has been asked before.

I will ask Jim for the answer.

To be on the safe side, lets assume that food should not be eaten at the same time, the same as when we take MMS1. This sample dosing/eating schedule should help.

I have an answer from G2C HQ, Cari (Jim's assistant and book co-author):

The same rules apply for MMS2 as MMS1 as far as what not to eat/drink with it, antioxidants, moringa, orange juice etc. Hopefully we are making this more clear in the book.

As far as taking MMS2 with meals, no, not good to do. But you can eat while on the protocol, just don't take your MMS2 Capsule, "with" a meal, separate it out by half hour. The fact that she is not eating huge meals during the protocol is probably better. If she is not seeing any results at all after a couple weeks, she might want to take a look at her diet and see if some food she regularly eats might be canceling out the MMS.
