HI EVERYONE,
I HAVE JUST MADE SOME CDS AND FOUND IT VERY EASY TO MAKE BUT, I HAVE A PROBLEM, I DON'T KNOW HOW TO READ THE TEST STRIP CHART. I HAVE TWO DIFFERENT PACKS AND THEY BOTH HAVE DIFFERENT NUMBERS ON THEM, ONE READS PPM ( O 0.5 1 3 5 10 ) THE OTHER PACK HAS READINGS OF PPM ( 0 10 25 50 100 250 500 ) I HAVE MADE ABOUT 3LTS OF OF CDS BUT I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT STRENGTH IT IS. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP. I WOULD LIKE TO DILUTE IT DOWN TO A DOSE THAT CAN BE TAKEN STRAIGHT FROM THE BOTTLE WITHOUT HAVING TO BE DILUTED AGAIN BEFORE DRINKING, CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THE STRENGTH FOR THIS SHOULD BE AND IF I MAY GET A READING FROM THESE TEST STRIPS I HAVE OR ARE THESE THE WRONG ONES AND DO I NEED TO BUY NEW TEST STRIPS. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
LOVE JANET, FROM NOTTINGHAM, ENGLAND.

PPM - How to measure

CDS, CDH and Protocols

Always add water to each hourly dose such as 4 fluid ounces/120 ml. If you want to drink a dose without adding water, then make up a number of small bottles that would be used for each hourly dose. If dosing 8 hours, then prepare 8 small bottles such as 4 fluid ounce/120 ml bottles. CDS works well for this idea.
