Thank you for your replies! Much appreciated. Right now we have a lot of sticks in the fire so adding one more would probably not be a good idea at this time. That said, if he does try out the ivermectin/DMSO we will post the results one way or the other! Thank you for all the other additional info!

I am glad you had success (even though only partial) with some of my comments. We need people like you who are not afraid of experimenting. I am currently on the most radical experiment myself and will advise providing I'll make it through. One thing for sure, parasites are pretty much always involved.
You may possibly include something else in your arsenal. Serrapeptase and even Nattokinase. Look it up. They both are successfully used in Europe and Asia, available on Amazon, not expensive. Very good reviews. If you decide to use those, get ready that everything in your body that needs to heal will start healing (read "hurting") so it may get a bit harsh.

One more thing I need to add. If you suffer from tinnitus, that is always and always parasites in the ear, hard to get rid off. In my case, sadly, that seems to be the last major challenge that I am not able to overcome even with my drastic process that I developed.
If you have been drinking untreated well water for years, it is likely that your body have been infected and re-infected all this time with parasites. The expert Hana Blahova from Czech R. is really big on water quality and her personal experience is that good water makes all the difference in the outcome of antiparasitic treatment. She recommends currently UV water purification. I looked into it and it seems like a good idea and it should not be as expensive as some other systems on the market. With your filter already installed, UV system may be relatively easy.

There is also another route if all else fails. There is a clinic in Florida that specializes in the use of human growth hormone (HGH) injections. The problem joints are numbed with a local anesthetic and then injected with HGH injections.

This grows new cartilege between the vertabrae. This creates more space for the nerve bundles which exit the spine, and sometimes only one injection is needed to achieve a pain free result. Usually you must stay in the vicinity of the clinic for 7 to 10 days after treatment to see if you need a second shot. There is also a special supplement that they use to boost the body's own ability to produce new cartiledge and it's around 90 dollars for a jar.. I don't know if they will sell it to non patients?

Have you tried collagen by Genacol for joint pain? Since I started taking it about a year ago, my joint pains have all but disappeared. Tried other brands, but Genacol is the best as others have told me. It was the most popular item sold in our local health food store.

I did try some Serrapeptase last year. That was before I got into MMS and DMSO, but I may go back to it. It didn't help with the prostate problem I had, so I put it aside. It does seem to lower blood pressure, so I would say it's probably a good substitute for Lipitor and it has no side effects that I know of. If I remember right, the Natttionkinase is a close cousin of the Serrapeptase, so I would think it would act about the same way.

I am thinking that the tinnitus is related to lead poisoning.??? I may have picked that up when I was in the Navy. In those days they painted everything with Lead based paint and I was on an aircraft carrier drinking water out of the ship's plumbing system for two years. They also shot us up with 45 shots before we ever went to Vietnam so no telling what was in those.

I used to think that the tinnitus was related to being around the jet engines so much, but that may not have been the real reason. I am not deaf, just have a fair amount of ringing in the ears.

Like a high pitched whine that never goes away.

They have something at the health food store that is called RINGSTOP and I have some, but have not had any luck with it at the normal doseages listed on the label.

Have you tried distilled water? or that Ocean water that Andreas Kalker has in the protocols for the Autistic kids?

Then there is also Kanagen water but that is out of my price range.

The whole question of alkilinity in what gets injested for food and water is hard to understand.

I would think that injesting alkaline water would shut down your digestion? If it made it into the bloodstream it might do some good, but will it make it that far?
