Helminthic Therapy Group on Yahoo groups? Are you kidding me?

Well, now I've seen it all. Members of this group - some of them teen agers are IMPLANTING helminth worms into their systems INTENTIONALLY.

I stumbled on this group by accident. I don't know anything about why someone would intentionally try to use parasites to cure anything, but it is a sick world after all.

If you read some of the conversations it's obvious that it's not working and #2 As far as I can tell it's totally insane! (just my own opinion)

But who am I to judge?

I can't seem to get permission to post anything yet as I just "joined" this group today, but has anyone ever heard of such a thing?

I can't remember the details but awhile back some guy did some experiment to cure his allergies (asthma?). Anyway, he claimed he noticed that people in Africa don't have this problem. He believes it is because they have worms and the body has something to attack vs. attacking your own body as in autoimmune diseases. So he infested himself by walking around a village barefoot until he got the worms. Supposedly you can buy them online to infect yourself, I believe through the skin. I came across this on Youtube quite a few years ago.

I think this group is experimenting with hook worms and maybe some other kinds to see if they can get over their respective illnesses. But this seems INSANE to me. And going backwards as far as anything the Jim Humble Andreas Kalker or Kerri Riveras, Hulda Clark or anyone else that I have ever heard of. I didn't stay in the group long enough to do anything but read some of the messages, but there is no mistake, they are ingesting worms for some hypothetical benefit. I started to wonder if this was some sort of a satanic cult or something? What bothered me real quick was that some teen ager was on there saying that he thought that he had ingested too many worms now and wasn't feeling so good. OMFG! I almost replied to the post and asked the kid if he knew that he had gone over to the dark side, but I restrained myself for now. What are these people thinking?

I read that the FDA is not allowing helminth larve or eggs or worms into the country. At least they got that one right! But there are 2 companies that grow this shit inside the USA and sell it on the internet. Can you believe it?

Of course, most vaccines are built around this same idea except that in the case of the vaccine, the original virus is supposedly sterilized before they inject you with it.
