MMS1 or MMS2 - does it matter? was created by kenj68
New poster here. I am currently using my MMS1 stash purchased from Jim H. Reading the PDF JimHunmbleEbook.pdf it looks to me like I could use the calcium hypochlorite in capsules INSTEAD of the MMS1. I am aware of the need to "sneak up" on the toleration dose but it's not clear if I would take the MMS2 capsule every hour or every two hours.

I'm asking this since it seems to me that taking a capsule would be more convenient and lend itself to a more consistent application in my case. Activating MMS1 every hour is not working for me because of all the interruptions in my day so I get in only four or five doses. With capsules, a timer and a water bottle the consistency would be greatly improved in my case but I don't know if the calcium hypochlorite would work in an equivalent manner.

Hello Ken, and welcome to the G2C forum.

If you want to continue with chlorine dioxide you could take MMS1 tablets or CDS. Both are pricey, but you can make CDS with the MMS and acid activator you already have.

CDS is very stable so you can use a daily dosing bottle or fill small bottles to be drunk hourly with CDS and dilution water. Just open one of the small bottles and drink each hour.

The equivalent dosing information is here .

Protocol 4000 , which uses only MMS2, says this about dosing:

The basics of this protocol are that adults or children take MMS2 every 2 hours all day long for 12 hours.
