Protocol 1000+ questions

I'm trying to make sure I'm doing this correctly. I have 99.9% DMSO I want to add it to the MMS. Here is my understanding of how to use this.

Mix the MMS with the activator
Add water (does this have to be distilled?)
Then add the DMSO (one drop per drop of MMS)
Then wait 3 minutes to drink

Do I need to dilute the DMSO before adding it? Or is the dilution with the water enough?

The following is from Jim's latest book Health Recovery Manual :

Instructions for Protocol 1000 Plus

Step 1.
Activate your 3 drops of MMS. (If you have not been able to work up to a 3-drop dose yet, due to nausea, etc., activate however many drops you are taking).

Add 1/2 cup of water (or compatible juice or soda; see pages 28-31).

Step 2.
Immediately after adding the water, add in 3 drops of DMSO for each drop of MMS you are using. For example, if you are making a 3-drop MMS1 dose, add 9 drops of DMSO.

Drink down the dose immediately as once the DMSO is added the MMS1 will begin to slowly lose potency if left to sit.

Most DMSO sold is diluted 70% DMSO, 30% distilled water. Be sure of your DMSO, ask the manufacturer. The 99.9% number on your bottle of DMSO is the purity, not the dilution.

Distilled water is always the best to use when taking MMS, if you have access to it.

I forgot to add the last part of my question, as I'm learning about MMS. I use MSM flakes in my daily routine. Can MSM be used instead of DMSO?

I think only DMSO liquid is what Jim has in mind for P1000+.
