Should I avoid green vegetables and salads and fruits and nuts while on the MMS protocol? Also is MMS 2 calcium hypochlorite deactivated by antioxidants as well?
What foods can I eat during the 8 hour period of the protocol?
and If I use the skin application method , do the antioxidants I eat effect the MMS taken through the skin with the DMSO?

Most of the answers to these questions are in Jim's latest ebook, Health Recovery Manual .

If you do eat antioxidant foods that could reduce CLO2 in MMS doses, then eat them 1 hour after the last dose of the day. If you eat them during dosing hours, then just increase your dose by perhaps 1 drop to make up for the possible loss of CLO2.

I don't think antioxidants affect MMS2 because MMS2 does not release CLO2, instead it makes HOCL, hypochlorous acid, when in water.
