I am only on week 1 of my Protocol 1000 and I have not shown any signs of diarrhea, vomiting etc.. BUT my stools are clay coloured (almost white) and floating. Is that normal? Anyone else experience that?

Usually, the discoloration of feces comes from problems with the liver: the bile gives the brown color to your stools. Your liver might become overworked with all the toxins the MMS helps to mobilize.
It is good for you that you don't make any Herx reaction, but the stool discoloration indicates that it is still a possibility. Just remember to be progressive in the dosage, and give a nudge to your liver (black radish and lemon seems to do the job).
Fare well.
