Stopped Protocol 1000, went to maintenance, and lethargic - tired, can't do anything was created by nakedawakening
Hello,
I did protocol 1000 for 8 weeks until it seemed my symptoms were at their best. Then I went to a maintenance dose 8 drops 3 times a week, and I am very lethargic - tired, can't do anything.
I'd start protocol 1000 again but I'm addicted to caffein.
Should I start up protocol 1000 again and ignore the caffeine, or what would you recommend? Really need some realistic help.
Bob

Tiredness is common when taking MMS.
Protocol 1000 says to follow it for three weeks or until well. Sounds like you're not well, yet, and should probably move on to Protocol 1000+ and then Protocol 2000, plus add in other protocols.
You might want to follow Jim's current health restoration plan found in his latest book, MMS Health Recovery Manual .
Have you read this in case there is something interfering with MMS?

In addition to going up to 1000+, have your coffee and wait 2 hours before taking MMS. You don't want to interfere with the process!
