Hi MMS community,

I just have some final questions before I start taking MMS today. I am hoping you can help!

1. There are an abundance of different antioxidants and the complete list is quite vast! Are we to eliminate just the obvious foods high in antioxidants (eg berries, cacao, green tea, red wine) OR every single food item that has antioxidants in it? Being a dietitian student I'm aware that the list is abundant and includes things such as carrots, onions, squash, some nuts, fish.... the list goes on forever! Even spices like cloves & cinnamon as well as tumeric, garlic, chillis and ginger!). I am just not sure how stringent to be as there was no list of foods to avoid in the manual.

2. Am I able to continue consuming things like Kombucha and Keffir during the protocol?

3. Is Protocol 1000 for 8 hours a day, or 8 doses a day? Ie; if I take my first dose at 9am, do I finish at 4pm (8 doses) or 5pm (9 doses)?

Thank you so much!

Tara, it is best to not eat high antioxidant foods while on the protocol. That could mean not to eat them at all during the 3 week P1000 period or not during the consecutive 8 hour daily dosing period. If you choose the latter, then you could eat them 1 hour after the last MMS dose of the day.

If you are not getting the results you expect and are eating antioxidant foods daily, then try eliminating them completely.

Note that I said 8 consecutive hourly doses. When you start dosing, dose every hour until 8 hours has elapsed. The idea is to keep CLO2 levels constant with no drops to zero as would happen if you dosed every two hours instead of hourly.

The same comments on antioxidants would also apply to Kombucha and Kefir. I make water kefir and would not drink it during daily MMS hourly dosing, but would ingest it 1 hour after the last MMS dose of the day. The assumption is the beneficial bacteria and yeasts in kefir now in my body, would be gone by the time I start MMS dosing the next day.

I am so sorry.. and apologise if I am being daft... but if I take my first dose of my 8 consecutive doses at 12pm, then my 2nd dose would be at 1pm, 3rd at 2pm and so on. This would make my 8th dose at 7pm. In effect, only 7 hours has passed. I am confused as whether I am taking a 9th dose at the end of the 8th hour (8pm) or if I am just taking 8 doses over the 7 hour period?

Yes, that is confusing, I agree! Just count the number of doses and when you take #8, that's it for the day. When you take dose #8, it will remain in your body about one hour. Is that the missing hour? :)

That's why we say to wait one hour after the last MMS dose of the day to eat normal size meals and take supplements, etc.

If you want to continue, you can take more than 8 doses per day. The longer we keep CLO2 in our bodies, the better chance we have of eliminating pathogens.
