MMS on empty stomach

MMS on empty stomach was created by DonnaMO

I've read taking MMS on empty stomach is good with small healthy meals between doses.
I like to get my doses done early. My question, is it OK to start 5am & not eat until 8.30am, thats 4 doses on empty stomach.

If new to MMS, begin with the Starting Procedure .
