Hi to all,

When doing the protocol 2000, is it best to take your MMS drops before or after a meal? If before and or after, then what time frame are we looking at?

Usually, taking MMS drops on a full stomach reduces their effectiveness, so 30 min before a meal is a good way to maximize the effect, next one is 30 min after the meal, so you stick to the protocol and avoid too much interaction with the food you ingested.
