Helllo MMS community,

I have a couple of questions re MMS/CDS;

1. Is MMS more effective then CDS (or visa versa).. or are the same?

2. I read on a forum that you should not eat 20-30 mins before or after taking the MMS. If you are taking it every hour for 8 hours... when do you eat?

Thanks in advance!

You can eat small amounts of food in between doses, and anything after the last dose of the day. Of course, you have to be careful what you eat so as not to cancel out the chlorine dioxide produced from MMS.

IF equivalent doses of MMS1 and CDS are taken (also includes CDH) they produce the same amount of CLO2. MMS1 has been used many years longer than CDS or CDH, so it has more testimonials to prove its effectiveness. When dosing gets high, MMS1 may be easier to ingest. For external use, I personally would use high strength CDS.

Thank you so much!

I apologise.. my head is spinning with information. I feel like a chemistry student!

My local supplier is confident that CDS is the way to go (but not forcing it on me of course). He said the total daily dosage can be taken over a 2 hour period and that it displays less side effects (nausea, vomiting etc). He uses 24000 ppm strength CDS and protocol 115.

He references this:
www.mmsinfo.org/infosheets/protocol_cds_115.pdf

The shorter dosage time + less side effects sounds attractive... but I am hoping to get your professional advice on this protocol 115.

Thank you so, so much.

P115 works for some folks, although the G2C does not endorse it, yet. There is a group in Puerto Rico who came up with it and seems to work for them. I believe Andreas Kalcker did give his approval for P115. He is the inventor of CDS. Just remember to dose high enough if using the G2C protocols as recommended dosing has been low by a factor of six when ingested.

P115 does make it easier than following P1000, although P115 does not keep CLO2 constant over the usual 8 hour period called for in P1000.

If you take too much at a time, you will know. Just reduce dosing until you can tolerate more.

3000 ppm CDS is what the protocols are based upon. Take that into account when using the chart I referenced. For external use that 24,000 ppm CDS will be great!

Yes, working with MMS does involve some chemistry. Welcome to kitchen chemistry!
