Any amount of water with mms? was created by commonsenseguy
I heard amount of water doesnt matter with each dose. So if I take one dose in 24oz of water and another in 8oz they will have the same benefits?

Hello,
Since chlorine dioxide is a gas, it diffuses rapidly into the whole organism regardless of the amount of water it was diluted in initially. You have to dilute it before drinking it in order to slow the reaction and not to have a highly concentrated mix touching your delicate mucous membranes.
But once in the body, it dilutes itself in about 50-60l water, so efficiency is not an issue there.

There are three SCS: MMS1, CDH and CDS.
The amount of external CLO2 content varies from about 10% for MMS1, 50% for CDH and 100% for original CDS. Therefore, if you are ingesting MMS1, about 90% of the available CLO2 contained in MMS is released in a normal stomach, 50% for CDH and 0% for CDS.
So, the amount of water you dilute each dose with would make the least difference when MMS1 is used compared to CDH or CDS because MMS1 contains the least amount of external CLO2 compared to the others. And as HariSeldon says, dilution doesn't seem to make any difference anyway, except if you use a lot of water you will be getting more walking exercise getting to the bathroom.

What is the minimum amount of water you should use when consuming CDS. I haven't tested my CDS for strength but I make it according to Kerri Rivera's instructions in her book if that helps (at the moment I'm making 200ml at a time, mixing 15 ml each of NaClO2 and 4% HCL). So for each ml of CDS what is the minimum amount of water I need to use to dilute it? I am anxious to make sure I am diluting it sufficiently but I don't want to be awash with fluids either.
Any advice appreciated.

The amount of added water for each CDS dose will depend on the amount of CDS you take each dose.
The limiting factor is mouth/throat irritation from CLO2. Increase added water until you don't have a problem.
When CDS dosing becomes so high that you can no longer tolerate mouth/throat irritation, you can try following unofficial protocols 115 and/or 102 .
