Torn muscle or ligament in shoulder ?

Hello MMS Reverends! I was hit in the shoulders by an elevator ..my shoulder is killing me. I think the muscle or tendon has been hurt. I have been working with a bio energy machine but has not helped yet. I was wondering should i put DMSO on it along with MMS protocol. I cannot find in my notes how to mix this. Should i do 10 drops in a 4 oz bottle of water? Any help will be appreciated as i'm leaving on a trip in a couple hours and want to make this up to take with me. I need this fixed fast. I have a big golf tournament in 2 weeks. Debi Brown

You could try using Protocol 3000 which uses DMSO and MMS1 topically. For your ailment it may not be necessary to ingest MMS1 at the same time as the protocol suggests.
