Does lysine deactivate mms? was created by lila108
Hi,
Does taking 3,000 mg of lysine along with three drops of mms deactivate it? Should I wait two hours, or would half an hour be sufficient?
Thank you

Without testing it with CLO2 tests strips, I really don't know if it reduces CLO2. If you have test strips, you can find the answer.

To be on the safe side, I suggest to take lysine 1 hour after your last MMS1/CDH/CDS dose of the day.

This website seems to have good info on lysine: www.wisegeek.org/what-is-lysine.htm

Thank you for the information. Do you apply the same rule to most supplements...taking one hour after last mms dose? I know it's been recommended to give a two hour cushion with vitamin c and mms, is that something you endorse as well? Also, I would like to get some of those test strips. Are you able to tell me where to get them and how to use them?

If you mouse over "Master Mineral Solution" on the left side of this page near the top, then click on "Buy MMS" you will find many approved sellers and some carry the CLO2 high range 0-500 ppm test strips. When you get them, you can cut them in half lengthwise so they will go twice as far. Do keep your fingers off the end with the chemical reagents. To use them read this PDF file I wrote.

In general, taking supplements is okay 1 hour after your last MMS dose of the day because CLO2 is said to remain effective for one hour or less. The question remains of how long any particular supplement remains in your body that could interfere with CLO2 the next day when you start dosing again. If you are not getting the results desired, then maybe eliminating one or more supplements might be considered. You may have seen this newsletter " 32 Reasons MMS not working ".
