Dear Loved Supporters,

Daniel has two urgent requests: (1) He would like it so much if you'd
write to him...maybe even a Christmas Card (Not very politically correct of me, huh?).
And Merry Christmas to you from Daniel and his loving family.

(2) The second urgent matter is the APPEAL before the San Francisco Federal 9th Circuit Appellant Court. Three (3) Critical needs are possible for each of us to help with because of the Appeal.

(A) Legal Assistance: Daniel's chief Legal assistant - Danielle - who has worked tirelessly out of the Limelight (Remember Dan is Pro Se = Represents himself). Danielle is his Attorney who provides endless wisdom, strong advice and has a group of highly qualified legal advisors with whom she discusses each legal concern. Dan needs her close so he can meet regularly going over the zillions of red tape problems of the Appeal.
Without it he could end up with 3 or more years in prison. Why not just use the phone?
The prison allows him only 10 phone minutes a day. Totally inadequate. So what can you personally do?

Each of us, who can donate some amount, would be a huge blessing to Daniel's urgent money need. To even hope Dan's appeal will succeed Dan's attorney has to live close to Sheridan, OR. I spoke with her last night as she is battling snow and ice in the Rockies on her trip. Easy donation alternatives are at www.StandByDaniel.com.

B. Daniel's Family needs to move close to Sheridan and a Dear Supporter has donated a gift trying to get Karis & Sabby here in time to surprise Daniel for Christmas weekend. This much appreciated gift needs some other Dear Supporters to also give generously to ensure it happens.
Email me and I'll share a way to get it here in time. Hopefully his family will make it by Christmas...but either way...donations are needed to help them move here for his time in prison.

C. Please, most urgent of all...continue to pray for Dan, for this huge need and a
successful appeal. Bless you for doing so!
