Hello,

I have the following issues

depression (which I take antidepressants for)
schizophrenia (which I take antipsychotics for) will MMS touch this?
Hypothyroid (which I take a synthetic for)
Mild anxiety (which I take a small dose of an anti anxiety for)
trouble sleeping (which I take a mild calming antidepressant for)
Low vitamin D (I've got a serious break that's healing)

I know you guys aren't medical practitioners, but I honestly trust you more than asking the professionals if you have a lot of experience with MMS

Which ones should I wean off of with MMS and when? I've read the prerelease ebook and know all of the protocols. I'm willing to go through them all.

I would just wean off real fast buy my psychiatrist says it normally takes 2 months just to wean off my antidepressant, and I don't want to be on the protocols for months and months.

I want to wean off all my medicines over s month to 6 weeks as I go through the protocols and let MMS do it's job, but I don't know if that's wise. Please advise which ones I should not touch and how fast I should wean off.

Also, I've got a serious break and I take vitamin D once a week. I'm not going to take any other supplements. Will the vitamin D be a problem?

I realize you are not medical practitioners but if you have a lot of experience with MMS then I trust your judgement.

Please help or tell me who I can seek to ask.

Thank you,

Bob

Hello,

As far as MMS is concerned, taking medicines during the treatment shouldn't hamper the efficiency of an MMS protocol. Vitamin D in particular should be continued, as it is vital to boost your immune sytem.
As for abandoning the other treatments, well legally no one but a physician could tell you to stop them.

I can only speak for myself. As a Lyme patient, I was wrongly misdiagnosed with depression and schizophrenia, had to take pills for almost 15 years. When I noticed that MMS was working on my other symptoms, I started to decrease gradually the dosage of both medicine, stopping after 2 months since the beginning of the protocol.
It worked well, but I still can't get off the hypnotics, I need my 8h sleep.

But again, what worked for me won't necessarily work for you.

Keep us posted.

Thank you. Appreciate it. How have the MMS testimonials been with hypothyroid and mild anxiety?

Open to anyone else posting too with any of it, like if you have a story or something OK to post.

Thanks again.

From what I have read, vitamin D should be taken daily unless you are in direct sunshine daily for a long enough time to get adequate amounts of Vitamin D. I take a 5000 iu gel capsule daily.
