wait time after activation was created by hannelore.sander
I am not clear as to whether the wait time after activation and before adding water or juice is 3 minutes or 20 seconds. On Jim Humble's website, the information in the "Read it first" section and the protocols differ (3 minutes vs. 20 seconds).
If I use juice, can it be bottled organic juice or does it HAVE to be fresh-squeezed?

Time to wait for activation is 20-30 seconds if you are using HCl 4% or Citric acid 50%.
The only time activation takes 3 minutes is if you are using freshly pressed lemon juice, etc.
