Making contact with Genesis II HQ (How?)

Does anyone have advice on how to make contact with whomever is in charge of distributing "The New Genesis II Church Online Video Course"?

I bought the course on May 11, 2015 but never to this moment have received a link to download the course.
I've tried emailing on June 7, June 15, June 26, August 14, August 24, August 28, September 7 and October 5.

I've emailed to membership@genesis2church.is, mark@genesis2church.is, jonathan@genesis2church.is, and joseph@genesis2church.is, and I might as well be emailing the clouds and sky.

The email address I'm sending to are "membership", Mark, Jonathan, and Joseph, and my JavaScript is running just fine, thank you.

Any ideas?

I am very sorry for that. I do not know what has happened. Could you send me your email to joseph@genesis2church.is and I will get you the link for the course. I will check and see if I have received any emails from your address also and let you know. I have had some problems with the server once in a while. It could also be that your email provider is blocking our emails.

att.net for example is blocking nearly every MMS related website out there, and att.net (AT&T) own several other internet/email providers. Maybe one of those providers is one you're using, which could mean that our genesis2church.is emails is in your email blacklist filter.

Try registering a new email address such as gmail.com and see if that works better.

Yahoo was blocking us as well for a while.

I don't trust Gmail - they keep all your emails for future use. You can get a free encrypted email address with 1 GB of free storage space here: tutanota.com/ or for Android at the Play Store and iOS from Apple.

Cl02 is right, there are better alternatives out there privacy wise.

Thanks for the replies. I actually made contact with Rev. Jordan and now all is well.
I don't know if my mails to him were blocked or if their mails to me may have been,
but finally (no contact since May 2015) we're connected, I have an account, and
have downloaded the course. (Hooray!)

Regarding gmail - my ISP recently initiated its own email since gmail chose to
discontinue its relationship. Consequently my new email system is training its
spam-control-whatever-they-use, and it started by disallowing everything - but
I saw no entries regarding the MMS sites or emails either before or after the
change - so I guess it's in the category of YMMV.
