diet for protocol 2000 was created by Alanti
Hello. I am on protocol 2000 since a few weeks. Nevertheless MMS2 makes me stomach upset and some times I have to vomit. Is there any particular diet to follow to improve such condition? More in general is there a recommended diet to accompany protocol 2000?

Hello Alanti
An upset stomach is sometimes the mark of a local overdose on HClO, killing too much germs at once. You can usually reduce the symptoms by reducing the dosage (1/4 to 1/2 to a full capsule every two hours, pace according to your reactions)
Taking them on a partially full stomach can help, but might reduce the effectiveness of the compound. I found personnaly that half a glass of apple juice can help downing the capsules.
On the chapter of diets, many books have been written, and I advise to read them: "let your food be your first medicine". But as a general rule, reducing drastically processed food, high-sugar content, most dairy products can only be beneficial in the long term.
The nausea/vomiting can be related to a suffering liver, and some plants can help to ease the transition.
If you are using the 2000 for cancer, remember that the goal is better reached if you don't have to purge your digestive tract on a regular basis.
Courage and wisdom.

This is not my problem. I am vegan and I have a full collection of books about foods and diets. While I do not have intolerances with MMS1 my organism seems not to tolerate MMS2. So I simply would like to know if there is a diet or a particular kind of food proven to help while taking MMS2. In other words if changing my vegan diet for meat, eggs or whatsoever other food could help with MMS2 I am ready to do it.

I can't take MMS on an empty stomach, I have to eat something before I take it. The times I tried it on an empty stomach I was ill the entire day.

As I told you before, a good glass of apple juice, preferably organic, just before the taking of the caps seemed in me to disable what i call the "death star effect": the torpedo (gel caps) dives right in, a burnig/heating sensation starts to rise until all hell breaks loose (and the Empire is defeated by a roguish scoudrel and explosive diarrhea)
No, seriously, it worked for me, although sometiles I don't need the apple juice, and other times I can't do without. But my problem is Lyme, and a fickle lady it is.
Hope I was more contributive to your problem.
See you in Health!
PS: as far as meat, poultry, dairy are concerned, I did with, I did without, without is preferable to too much, but a reasonable amount can't hurt you.

There are a few MMS Newsletters that seems to come to the conclusion that meat helps in restoring health. I am quoting randomly from the newsletter Vegans / Vegetarians & Cancer ....." think we finally found the answer why vegans and vegetarians have a hard time killing cancer in their bodies!"........"the vegans we deal with seem to really struggle when it comes to restoring their health when they are dealing with cancer"........ "I had wrote a previous newsletter about our success among the Colombian Indigenous people with MMS/CDS and the fact that when they started eating meat with the MMS/CDS protocols they were restored to health at an amazing rate"....... However I never found anything about an eventual help when ingesting MMS2 while eating meat (I do not have any problem with MMS1). I was hoping somebody could give me some useful tips.

Hello Alanti,
Before I can answer your question I need to know how many grains do you put in the capsule?

Hello Alanti,
Thank you for your reply. I now know what to tell you. Open a capsule and remove everything except for 3 grains of the MMS2 inside it. It seems hardly anything but it is a good way to start. If you take MMS1 as well than you have to take the MMS2 half an hour later. Again about 2 hours later, in total 4 times a day. You can on that first day slowly work up to 6 or even 8 grains for your last dose.
Next day, same procedure but take 8 grains from first dose. Work up to one quarter capsule on that day if you can. Listen carefully to your body and if in doubt take less rather than more.
If you get unwell drink water, and lots of it.
If you can handle a quarter capsule stay on that for a week. You may then try half a capsule and see. but I suggest to not go higher than that.
I hope this helps.
With love and best wishes

Hello Alanti,
The answer to your question of whether or not changing your diet from vegan would help you with protocol 2000 is YES it would. Having worked with Mark Grenon in the field I can say that people who eat a balanced diet respond better to MMS in general and tend to restore health quicker than those with vegan or even vegetarian diets.
