I used to take mms all the time and like many I can now no longer tolerate the taste or smell. I read about how to put it in juice and read that it is ok as long as there is no added ascorbic acid. I just wanted to ask the people in the forum if it changes the effectiveness of the mms at all to put it in juice that may have some natural vitamin C but no added? Should I make a stronger dose than usual? Thanks for any help!

Hello and welcome to the G2C forum.

The bad taste is usually caused by using 50% citric acid instead of 4% HCL activator.

You can use some juices to hide the taste and yes, if you think CLO2 has been reduced from using juice, make a little stronger dose.

To hide the smell, drink from a small mouth bottle so your nose is no longer inside the drink container!

Thank you for your reply! I have read that someone used sprite. Is sprite ok to use with mms?

Apparently in 2013 the formula for Sprite changed, at least it did in the UK.

Ingredients: Carbonated Water, Sugar, Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Acidity Regulator (Sodium Gluconate), Natural Lemon-Lime Flavourings, Sweetener (Steviol Glycosides).

Note that there is citric acid listed and that can release more CLO2 from the residual MMS in MMS1 after the initial "activation" which is about 10% at most. The other 90% activation should happen in normal stomach acid. If you are making an all-day MMS1 drink, then you could get more CLO2 in the bottle of Sprite as the day progresses.
