Dear all,

Since a couple of days I've started with mms 1 for the first time.

I'm insecure about one thing and hope that some of you are willing to answer my question. Thank you in advance :)

It is said you shouldn't take any antioxidans, but when I searched on information where these antioxidans can be found, I found out that so many fruits, vegables, herbs, beans and other things like eggs and spices work like antioxidans.
Does that mean that you should avoid all these foods?
Then how to eat healthy?

Warm smile,
Angela

Hi Angela
I have been taking MMS since Jim first brought it to the people :) and have gone through all the different changing of protocols etc etc . You can take everything you have written down no problems within moderation the mms will not be effected ,, except for high vit c fruits such as orange etc . theses can be taken but up to a couple of hours after you have finished your protocol or a couple of hours before. MMS has been the best thing in my life and my family's life since we first started taking it around 2007-2008. we have never had the flu or a common cold since taking it.......and have never felt healthier. We now take MMS as the CDH i make up a 2 litre bottle and it stays in the fridge for up to 7-8 months and only looses a small amount of its power, we find this is the best way to take it on a regular bases no horrible taste in the mouth and easier on the stomach..
hope this answers your question :) regards
Daron

Hi Daron,

Good to read your experience; thank you for sharing with all this enthousiasm!
One thing is still unclear to me:
If all these foods that work as anioxidans can be eaten, then what is meant by the limitation of not to take any antioxidans? Also I found a pdf list of all foods containing antioxidans somewhere on this forum...????

thank you and :)

Again Angela i think all in moderation is ok except if you are taking antioxidant tablets ect then these should be taken in the time when you are not using MMS, through my years of experience in using mms i have found that eating oranges just before or after taking mms stops the mms from working. Hence the VIT C side of oranges. if you start taking cdh look up on website on how to make this. Then start saturating your body with cdh you will be able to feel when the cdh isnt working during different foods that you eat. I tend to use the cdh in the morning hours more than the afternoon hours. but you will find out what works best for your body type etc . The antioxidants food list is only a guide of what foods are not perfect to eat but you can still eat them in moderation :) you don't have to stop everything you eat that you like just find the way that works best for you :):) believe me if you can listen to your body you will be able to work out what is right for you :) Enjoy the journey embrace MMS dont think of it as another drug start to use it in your everyday life enjoy taking it etc ...
hope this help
regards
Daron

"We now take MMS as the CDH i make up a 2 litre bottle and it stays in the fridge for up to 7-8 months and only looses a small amount of its power,..."

Daron, there is a problem with keeping CDH made with 4% HCL or 50% citric acid, longer than 2 weeks in a fridge or 2 months when 2% HCL is used at the activator. You won't see it by the color, but if you added some of the CDH to artificial stomach acid, you would not see any increase in color as you would expect.

Scott discovered that the residual MMS in CDH was not activating in artificial stomach acid which means you would not get any additional chlorine dioxide (CLO2) from the missing MMS when it gets to your stomach.

CDH made with 4% HCL or 50% citric acid is about 50% activated compared to MMS1 at about 10% activated, externally. CDH made with 2% HCL is about 25% activated, externally.

You can make up for this loss of CLO2 by taking more CDH.

If you want to keep a sodium chlorite solution for a long period of time, CDS would be the best choice as it contains only CLO2 in distilled water. CDS very slowly loses CLO2 over time.
