Oh you have to wait for the two hours if you do the coffee enema first. But you can also wait longer of course. As long as you don't do it within the 2 hours after you have done the coffee enema.

will keep you posted, currently starting the day with a CE then few hours later ozone imsuflation and ozonated water, will do this for a bit longer than then switch the ozone for mms
